As we’ve told you before, waist training is more than just slipping on a cincher and shedding pounds. You have to work for it! Waist training isn’t some garment gimmick. It’s a process that requires exercise and healthy eating. Don’t worry. We’re in it with you for the long haul! Here’s a simple chicken recipe you can whip up for dinner this evening:
Creamy Sundried Tomato Chicken
- 2 chicken breasts, halved
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
- 1 cup cream
- Optional: garlic, olive oil, pepper
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with 3 -tablespoons of olive oil. Toss in garlic, pepper, chicken and then sundried tomatoes. Cook chicken until browned. Then, flip and cook on the other side, lowering heat as needed to cook chicken all the way through. Pour cream into skillet, simmer until warm. Garnish with fresh basil, if you’d like. Done!
