IT’S THAT TIME AGAIN!!
After the 4th of July weekend , I’m sure we all enjoyed the BIG 4’s!! FRIENDS , FAMILY , FOOD & FUN! Who didn’t take part in the cook outs , right ?! All the meats , sides , deserts & many fun alcoholic beverages . I’m sure SOME of us decided to make it to the gym , annnnd SOME of us just didn’t make it lol !
Either way , I have a solution ! A lot of my Instagram & Face Book Followers , participate with me in the 7 DAY CHALLANGE!!
You can start at any time but do it 7 Days at a time . If your concerned with weight & calories , weight yourself the day before you start , & the day after you finish .
What I’ve noticed , is that I loose maybe 2-3 lbs & I have more energy ! Usually after I do the 7 Day Challenge , I don’t like eating the same anymore .
