You’ve heard it a million times before but breakfast really is the most important meal of the day! I know it can be difficult to squeeze breakfast into a hectic schedule though so I’m sharing a quick, easy and yummy banana pancake recipe with you that’s perfect for a bite before work or the Curvy Bodies Fitness Party. They’re high in protein, low calorie and gluten free!
- 1 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Combine the banana, eggs and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix/mash until the mixture becomes smooth using a fork or potato masher.
- Grease your pan with a little bit of butter or oil and heat your stove to a low to medium setting.
- Pour 1/4 of the batter in your pan and cook for about 1 1/2 minutes on both sides. Repeat.
Done! It’s that simple! Instead of using syrup, top the banana pancakes with a drizzle of honey and enjoy. 😉
